Image Frame Settings Not Saving

I am trying to remove all the image frame settings in the Theme Options/Colors/Image Frame | Border Color.

When I clear the color and Save, it doesn't keep the settings.

Is there a way to force the borders to disappear on all images in Custom css?

You can disable the border completely in the Theme Options > Global > General
