I don't think that we have this kind of pre-built header in BeTheme, but you can use the Muffin Header Builder to create your own header, see the link:

Every device can have other header items inside, to change the type of
device, please click one of the three buttons above the header container

Thank you very much but I can't adjust the range anywhere. I would like to have the menu over the full width of the screen.

Get into the "Header" settings of the Muffin Header Builder (pencil icon) and change the "Layout" from "Wrap into grid" to "Full Width"
