Sidebar at top on mobile view

Is it possible to have the sidebar at the top of the top om mobile view? The content is floated right and on mobile it is set to full width, so the sidebar on the left moves to the bottom. I would expect the RIGHT sidebar to move to the bottom and the LEFT sidebar to be displayed at the top, but it's not.

Is there a way to have the left sidebar displayed at the top on mobile view without plugins and editing the php?

Found a great CSS solution where i apply flex-box and reverse the columns.

Ok, that looks interesting. I just used the flexbox column reverse flag.
