Forum has been created to help all our customers in properly working our theme. We offer complete help with configuration theme and make default look, just like on our BeTheme demo. We don`t offer theme customization.


Before creating a new discussion, please:
1. Check Support Center.
2. Check on forum if discussion has not been created before. Use the forum Search on the right.
3. Read carefully the documentation included to package.
4. If you didn`t find what you need and would like to post a new question click the "Start a New Discussion" button on the right.
5. You can post on forum only after registration (you need purchase code to register) .


NOTE!!! If you are starting a new topic and have got problems with your site and you want us to check what`s wrong please always give url to your site because without that we can`t check what`s wrong. Each case may be different because of your installed plugins, servers or other things.

Unable to update theme

Hello, We are running into an issue, when trying to install a theme update, there us an error coming up saying "Update failed: The package could not be installed". We currently have version 21.1.4, and are running the site on Wordpress 5.5.1 Please help!

    I am having this issue on many of the sites I have registered - and YES, I have purchased individual licenses for each. 

    This process doesn't work because when I try to deregister from the licensing site, I get a message that says "Your site still uses BeTheme. Please delete all theme files before deregistration." 

    Additionally, when I try to deregister from within WordPress, I get a message that "Referer domain is different than registered domain."  However, if you look at the license page, it shows the correct domain with the correct license. 

    I really shouldn't have to delete all the theme files in order to fix this... is there an updated way to make this work? Again, this is happening on several of the 14 sites where I have registered BeTheme licenses.
