Favicon on Mobile

Hi, the favicon does not show on mobile devices. It is fine on laptop/desktop. I have uploaded the favicon in BeTheme-Theme Opiions-General-icon-favicon. I have cleared cookies etc too, still no joy.... https://prnt.sc/uc59ru my website is https://synergyguides.com/

Any advice appreciated.

It's really important, because their favicons does work on all of the devices
