Issues with Theme Options

I'm using Betheme and facing some issues in the Theme Options:

- i cant see the options. i have to click on save changes first, then i can see the options

- the changes i do in the theme options are not saved permanently. for example when i change color of the theme first and then change a wording in translation the color is gone.

Anything i can do to solve that? I tried to able / diasable White Label and updated to the latest version.
