does be theme have any way of exporting data from posts or portfoilo

hello do u have any way to export all the post and portfolio data. I'm rebuilding a site and don't want to have to recreate 200+ pages. posts. the wordpress way gives me an error, i furrgured out how to import the media library. i just need the content of the page. author, date, and featured image etc.

All of the data are stored in database, so your files should not disapear.
But if you want to be 100% safe, you can make a backup using Duplicator plugin.
