Does any one know of a way to pull your google reviews for your businesses through to your Testimonials area in betheme?

There is no setting to achieve that.
You would have to use some external plugin or modify the theme files in which we do not provide help.
However, if you would like to see such a feature in future updates, please, let us know on the following topic:
