On certain occasions the tooltip is not displayed instead

It seems that if the tooltip does not fit at the end of the paragraph or something similar, the text that will be hovered goes down to the next line (so far perfect) but the tootltip appears at the top of the paragraph.

I could not replicate this behavior.

I have checked that on Chrome and Firefox, and Firefox does not have this problem.

I assume that occurs because of how Chrome calculates the position of the tooltip.

Please, add a little padding to this column on the sides (for example 10px).
