Shortcode or how to put .json lottie into column text

Both in your documentation and in the shortcodes I don't see the documentation to be able to insert a shortcode of a lottie (I already use it as a block and it's perfect, but not as a shortcode :(

I guess you have in mind to do it (or not) but still...

what would be the best way to add an external .json to a text column within BeBuilder?

I suppose you have some "lotties player" that interprets the JSON and transcribes it in svg, but I would like to know the structure that you use in your system to be able to replicate it and to be able to use lotties inside a text column (without having to put a external js type lottie-player-js to be able to use lotties in a text column).

Thanks!

  • Hi,

The Lottie can be used only as the element because the whole logic serving it is included in that element, which is not prepared to be used as a shortcode.

To add an external .json file, you would have to modify the files, but we do not provide help with such customization.

    Best regards
