Change the color of the Amount area

Hello

when you have something in your cart the top header Amount is hard to read. when you scroll it changes colour and is good easy to read

How do I change the dark colour to white?

I could do it in the google developer console but could not get the changes to work in custom CSS

I tried this in custome css but it did not work

.top_bar_right .top-bar-right-icon svg .path {

  color: #ffffff;

}

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Colors -> Header, and change the Top Bar Right icon color.
