One of the support team sent me a message to change the padding, but I cannot change any of the values here.

1) Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Translate -> Search, and there you can change it.
Check also Blog & Portfolio tab.
2) Please temporarily change the header template to draft, set the padding value, and activate the header template again.
I have passed this to the dev team, and we will correct that in the next update, so this field will always be available.

Since the part that says Store is in Turkish characters, the letter is incorrect.
But when I look at the admin panel, the letter is correct, what is the reason and how can I fix it.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
