BeTheme builder -> Shop element columns issue
Hello,
I have two issues with BeTheme builder -> Shop element.
Even the Shop element is set to 4 columns, it displays 3 columns. In addition to that, some rows display only 2 columns.
Thanks in advance for your support

Hello Phil,
I sent the requested information.
Thanks
You used the Shop element in your template, which takes its styles from the theme option, but you should use the Shop products element instead.
I have edited the template for the category you sent, copied the section, hidden the first one, and corrected the second, so you can compare how it should look.

Hello Phil,
Shop Products does not allow to choose a specific category. How can I solve this alignment issue if I only need to list of products belong to a specific category?
Thanks?
But if you have a category assigned in the conditions, then only the products will be displayed in this category.
There is no need to choose it in the element.
Did you check how your category page look now?

Yes, I have checked. It seems working properly, thank you.
What happens if I have a page listing products from different categories? In this case, I need to use the Shop element (it allows to choose a specific category). In this case, we will have this alignment/column count issue, right?
On a regular page that is not a shop archive, you can use the Shop element, which should display correctly. On WooCommerce pages, this element conflicts with other CSS styles, which is why it does not work correctly there.

Hello Phil,
Thank you for the explanation. It is clear now.
