Trying to make first footer, appears something is broken

I'm trying to get started with making my first footer, following the YouTube video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDabDsmoct4

When I create a new Footer Template, seems like something is broken. Looking at my network tab in Chrome's dev tools, I see a 404 for this url: https://www.cyfunolabs.com/?post_type=template&p=55&visual=iframe

(i tried uploading animated gif, not sure how to do that here! https://www.cyfunolabs.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2023-11-25_10-03-18.gif)
