1) If this happens again, I suggest disabling your plugins one by one to find which is the culprit.
2) Almost every element in BeBuilder have default bottom margin which is equal to 40px:
You can remove it by editing the element under Advanced -> Spacing.
Also, your sections has bottom padding:
