Need Help!!! with Single Product Template Issues

I’ve been running into a few issues while working on product templates, and I was hoping you could help me out. Here’s what I’m dealing with:

I can’t seem to add a new template for a single product (screenshot number "1" attached). Any idea how to fix this?
I’m unable to manage the "Custom Product Template" (screenshot number "2"attached). Is there something I’m missing?
I also can’t find the "Custom Product Template" (screenshot number "3"attached). Could you guide me on where to locate it?
Lastly, some templates aren’t showing up at all. (screenshot number "4-1,4-2"attached). Do you know why that might be happening?
