Help! Links on new page are not clickable

I created a new page on my client's website based on a dupe of another existing page. When editing in BeBuilder, I had to use the navigator to select various sections of the page because clicking on the sections did nothing. Now the page is live and I notice that none of the links within the page are working (except the CTA in the header and main menu links):

Any idea what is going on?

While waiting for a response, I created a second version of this page starting with a Yoast Duplicate Post clone of a different page within the site, and this time all wraps and elements were editable within BeBuilder and all links worked once the page was published. Not sure what glitch happened with the first clone but all is well for now.
