  • And this is how it looks for me:

  • Please I'm reporting because there's an issue, if not I wouldn't be doing so.

I have checked in two different devices!

But the cart page is still distorted on my front end.

  • I understand that the problem could be misleading, as it could look like its fixed but actually its not.

I would like to let you know that only the cart table element is affected since the cart totals element appears to be displaying correctly:

    Thanks for your help!

  • I understand that, but I must replicate this issue first to see what could be causing this.

Are you sure there are no particular steps to replicate that?

What browser and OS do you use?

    Best regards

  • 1) Yes sure, to view the error on your end please follow these steps:

wp dashboard -> Pages -> Cart Page -> View.

PS: When you check the page using Bebuilder, you wont see any distortions! That's the confusing part.

    2) I'm using Firefox on Windows 11

Thank you so much! Hope this helps

    Kind regards

    Am I doing something wrong?

I am also checking on Windows 11 with Firefox.

Did you try purging the cache?

    Best regards

  • No I still didn't purge the cache could you show me the correct way to do it?

  • If you have not tried purging the cache, please do so and recheck it.

Also, I suggest disabling all caching tools (plugins or server cache) until you finish working on your website.

    Thanks

  • I have successfully purged the cache and deactivated the Cache plugin as suggested. However, the issue is still present on the Cart page.It appears again once I refresh the page.

Could you please check or advise further?

    Thank you for the guidance

  • Additional step:

I have tried checking the page using Chrome web browser, but unfortunately the cart page distortion persists!

  • Any updates?

  • I'm sorry, but you wrote outside my working hours (during the weekend), so I could not answer you.

I checked that with Chrome as well, and this issue is still not present for me.

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Performance, change Builder local styles to Inline in header, and check the cart page then:

    Best regards

  • Yes I understand no problem.

I'm still encountering the same cart page design disruption, especially when I reload the page!

Here's a topic I found that might be related to this issue : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/web-page-is-not-displaying-correctly/. I have tried using betheme tools, as well as creating another page with another test template but none of these worked.

  • Did you try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce?

Do you use the same user as the one you sent us access to?

Please try disabling all browser extensions or check your cart page in incognito mode (if you do not have extensions active in incognito).

This issue is also present on other devices you tested your website with, right?

    Best regards

  • I have managed to fix the distortion! I think the conflict was with one of the browser extensions as you've mentioned but I'm not sure though!

    Thanks for your instructions.

    Appreciate you!

    2) Another thing I would like help with is integrating a Frequently Bought Together section on my single product template in this exact page spot before the "Related Products" (Screen 1).

The plugin allows inserting the FBT section via the shortcode [woobt]. However, when I place the shortcode inside a plain text element, nothing renders in the builder preview nor on the front end.

You can visualize the final wanted results on the second screenshot.

    Kind regards.

  • We have not tested this plugin with our theme and do not support it.

Anyway, are you sure that this shortcode is correct?

I tried to put it on a regular page in the WP Editor, and it did not work there either.

Please check if this shortcode works if you switch to another theme like Twenty Twenty-Four.

Also, I suggest contacting the plugin support regarding this.

    Best regards

  • I’ve submitted a ticket through support but haven’t received any response yet.

Yes [woobt] is the correct shortcode!

Your instructions are more than welcome

    Kind regards

I found this, could you enlighten me ?

It says there might be theme settings not following the plugin settings!

    Thanks

  • I have no idea what setting they refer to.

As I mentioned earlier, we have not tested this plugin with our theme and we do not support it.

Unfortunately, my help is limited in this matter.

    Best regards

  • Does that mean, you don't support a frequently bought together section in your theme?

  • Excuse me ?

I didn't understand what you said

What plugin do you support regarding this matter then ?
