gap between the menu and logo and transparence

Dear, I bought the Betheme and using the massage2 template site

But I have a question about the menus,

I choose the Stack / Center option but it shows a huge gap between the menu and logo, also I would like to make a transparente menu, like 50%,

Please, how I can fix this

Here is the link, but as I am editing now, it changes a lot.

Another issue I found now. I created a new template of the header, use a pre one.

But I can not use it as Sticky menu.. when I scroll it then menu is always on top.

I see that there are the option. "default" and the option Sticky and mobile can not click on this options

please, how I make it fix on mobile and desktop

YEs, thanks I have an other importante question about the Blog, but I created another task..

I am installing with the Metabox a daily plan with the girls that are working in our bar the MB create a blog for each girl, the problem is that is creates a white space on top as you can see on the screen. Please, how can I delete that, or the content to be inside it.. because the information that comes from MB comes after the white screen. Best
