Issue updating BeTheme after moving Site to a new domain
Hi,
I've been having an issue with updating the BeTheme theme for a few days now. I think I might know what’s causing it.
Initially, I had WordPress and the BeTheme theme installed on the default domain provided by my hosting provider. When I wanted to redirect the site to a new domain (using DNS from a different provider), my hosting provider told me to create a clone of the site that would work under the new address.
The cloned site is now running on the new domain, but I can’t update the theme anymore. Could this be causing the issue? And how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey,
Indeed, this message means that your license key is used on multiple domains. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain or it is not registered anywhere, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
Then, re-enter the license manager. If the license key is still claimed, deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme a couple of times (usually, it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
Thanks
