Not all pulse options for global styles are available in Hotspots

I've noticed that some options are missing when creating a Hotspot.

For example, in the "Marker" element styles, in "pulse" mode, there are "Background Color," "Pulse Color," and "Size," but in the global styles, there are only "Background Color" and "Size," so the pulse color cannot be selected globally.

I've verified this in several projects using version 28.1.11, and the issue is the same in all of them. So it's a widespread problem.
