Old BeThemes backup cannot be imported.

Hi,

I've created a sample website and wanted to import an old backup from another project. I should mention that the old backup was created using PHP 7. The project keeps crashing.

The backup is also about three years old.

Do you have any alternative methods I could use to open an old backup created with PHP 7?

Hi,

I believe that the PHP version is not a problem, but the outdated Betheme package and/or plugins.

If your backup is old, you should start by updating the theme and plugins. If errors make it impossible, you should try updating them by replacing the files via FTP.
