Old BeThemes backup cannot be imported.
Hi,
I've created a sample website and wanted to import an old backup from another project. I should mention that the old backup was created using PHP 7. The project keeps crashing.
The backup is also about three years old.
Do you have any alternative methods I could use to open an old backup created with PHP 7?

I believe that the PHP version is not a problem, but the outdated Betheme package and/or plugins.
If your backup is old, you should start by updating the theme and plugins. If errors make it impossible, you should try updating them by replacing the files via FTP.

The idea of using a more recent BeThemes was valuable. After I could no longer access the site, I installed a newer theme via the FTP server, and then I had access again ;-).
However, the following problem is now emerging. If I import an old project into this site, the import process likely uses an older BeThemes version.
When restoring this version, which I previously uploaded to the FTP server, the system doesn't complete the import.
I've also tried reinstalling the theme via the FTP server.
