Can't save any settings in the performance setting page!

Hi

I was wondering why I can't save my setting alteration in the performance page? When I click save changes button, all the settings of this page back to default.

    Hi,

    Please go to Betheme -> System status, and check if your server meets the theme requirements, especially Max Input Vars:

    If it does not, please contact your hosting provider to increase these values.
