Portfolio import issue

I transferred our server and everything is imported fine except the portfolio - images didnt got imported and when I uploaded in upload folder it doesnt appear in the media and when I added the image to featured image box it didnt display it to the website

    Probably something has been wrong imported. If you move images as well, you should move exactly the same folders with images inside in exactly the same place. Also you should export whole database from old server into the new one. But if this won`t help, then you must probably contact with hosting provider because we have no idea what else could be the problem.
