Muffin Options Reset Problem

I have a problem with Muffin Options. I try to use İnteractive theme for test when I use BeTheme Demo section evrything is good. But if I wanna change something in muffin Options (Like Logo) Muffin options reset to deault settings, and ı can not change anything.

I can not use import settings sections becuse the result is same. I try to find any solution in this forum but can not find anything.

Also I try;

Re-install all wordpress + theme

reset wordpress and install theme with interactive

reset wordpress and install theme and disable all plugins.

reset wordpress install theme import settings.

Hi,

if Muffin Options are empty after installation or you can not save settings, it means your server is limited. In this case we recommend to deactivate all plugins first and after that click “Save changes” button under empty Muffin Options panel. But if this won’t help, then please check topics below where we explained what may be limited on server side:

This problem accures on BE|İnteractive but when I'm installed BE|Agro I can use all the Betheme Options.

That will be help to improve something. Because a lot of user have kind of problem as I Read in the support forum.

You just denied the claim that's it is because of the theme because for all pre-made layouts we use the same theme. The difference is between the number of media (especially images) and settings. It means that the problem is related with limits on server side.
