  You are probably updating from the wordpress>plugins panel which will not work.

  You have to go to Betheme>install plugins and update the bundled plugins only from there.

  I sent it to you the moment I put in this request. And now I have sent it again. As someone who has bought over 10 licenses this is extremely frustrating that I have to go through all these hoops and back and forth for a simple problem especially after I told you I had tried all you've told me to try.

  Well, we disabled all of your plugins and then went to betheme>install plugins. We updated the WPBakery Page Builder without problems, here is a screen: [Links visible only for registered users]

  This is normal procedure - please do not be mad.

  We have to advice first few steps because usually most of issues can be fixed without our
  

  dashboard access.
