trying to update the revolution slider plugin, but it fails

message is something like this (translation from dutch):

Package cannot be installed. Package does not contain files.

Update plugin failed.

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

it sais:

But in wordpress betheme dashboard it sais "theme registered"

Be sure that you provided the license key and username without any typo's or blank spaces.
Also, deregister and register your license in Wordpress and try to update plugin like 3-4 times.
