We have 2 problems:
1. We can not update the theme, the system gives an error (see screenshot) "archive can not be installed"
What could be the problem? The site is working fine. But the hosting is ZipArchive not installed Can the problem be related to this?

The fact is that we did not register this theme on more than one domain. As the license check on the page showed: http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ , initially the theme was registered on the subdomain on new.kuzovport.ru [Links visible only for registered users].
which we made the draft of the site, and then the already finished site was transferred to the domain kuzovport.ru [Links visible only for registered users]. The site new.kuzovport.ru [Links visible only for registered users] does not exist, and the license of your theme is distributed only to the site kuzovport.ru [Links visible only for registered users].
We apologize for this situation. When we created the theme on the subdomain, we did not think that during the transfer the license would not belong to the new domain and thus created a problem for updating the theme.
We deregistered the old subdomain and registered the one we need, after which the theme was successfully updated!
