Missing file - image - after installation Pre-built Website "Shop: Be Store"

Hi ,

I installed the latest version of Be Theme, Version 21.0.3,

installation was successful, even the necessary plugins.

I installed through the "Pre-built websites" function, BESTORE.

The installation was successful, without errors, but there are no images (logo, zoom box, product image).

I saw the affected folders in ftp, but there are no files.

Hi,

Were the plugins up to date while downloading the "pre-built website" ?

Also, did you install some third-party plugins before that?

I updated the theme at latest version, but the problem the problem remains.

It seems strange that he did not just copy the images of the logo, the products, the images used for Zoom boxe on the home page and he did not configure the form mailchiamp ([mc4wp_form]).

The only plugin installed before the thema was "A2 Optmized" was uninstalled.
