Muffin Builder not saving content

Hello, Muffin builder is giving me issues with saving. It does not save the content and loader keeps loading forever.

This is a brand new site with the latest wordpress and betheme. It was working fine but having this issue since the morning.

It looks like the problem is related to your hosting provider.

Can you ask him about some logs? - he should recognize the problem and fix it.

Also, please send us what he told.

It does not seem to be a hosting problem. I just figured out that the Muffin Builder is working fine for all the other pages and also new pages. This problem is happening just for the homepage.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] so we can have a look on your server settings. Remember to also send your license key and Wordpress admin login credentials. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hi,

I was on your website and the problem is related to the hosting provider.

I cannot even create a page in wordpress using the "Twenty Nineteen" theme.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them about it, they should recognize the problem by looking at the logs.

Thank you. You were right.

For anyone having the same issue, it was my server's issue:

I contacted support and they said:

"Accoding to my check, the issue was related to the triggered Mod_security rule. This result seems to be a false-positive one. Please allow me 3 minutes to add this rule to the whitelist for your account."

Mod_security basically is used to prevent injection attacks.

After this everything was back to normal.
