Deregister licence: Referer domain is different than registered domain

  I can't see what the old licence number is, because on the wordpress installation it is half hidden, so it looks like this:

  8d666899-d24c-****-****-************
  

  
  

  The person (old dev) that added it is no longer contactable, so I have nothing more to go on. When I try to deregister it using the blue button, it gives me an error. 

  
  

  The new licence the client has bought has not been registered to this site so the link you shared also shows up nothing.

  
  

  I just need to deregister the old licence please? Can you help?

  If you don't have full length of the license key then you will not be able to deregister the license key.

  But, try to update the theme, if it will fail, then whole license key will be displayed in the URL, so you will be able to copy and paste it in our api key.
