Slider and some contents not show

dear sir 
slider and some contents not show in my website after we import template,what can i do ?
Could you pls visit my website and check   [Links visible only for registered users]    and  https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/pharmacy/
 In HOME page,the  Slider NOT show, also when i click "Show all" button, it will be 404 Not Found
  IN PRODUCT & Article page, when i click ,it show me empty
  WE USE SiteGround Hosting
   what can i do  ?  hope get your advice

    Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
    Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

    Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

    Now my website ([Links visible only for registered users])main problem is Slider not show in home page and other page after i imported  Demo ,in fact i try many times  reset WP and import new demo,but all the time not successful,we think its block  by some unknow reason

  • The login credentials are your credentials which you are using to log in on your page. (Your login and password to /wp-admin)

  • Okay, we know what can be the reason.
    Your database is corrupted and any options from RevSlider are not working, even global settings of that slider.

    So, please, remove the BeTheme and Wordpress completely through the FTP.
    Then, clear (or create new) database and install it from beginning (WP and BeTheme)

  • Yes, we have tested your website, and it looks like it is the hosting fault. There must be some kind of cache or optimization on the server side because if we even install Revolution Slider version 6 the same problem appears. Also, when we activate a standard wordpress theme like 'twentyseventeen' this issue also persists, so this is not a direct theme issue. Please contact your hosting provider.

    Betheme,the same problem again for Slider can’t show in my homepage,
    You can use Browser Checker to check our
    homepage,it said it’s “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'cssText' of
    undefined”  I find all error link point
    to wp-content/plugins/revslider/public/assets/js/jquery.themepunch.tools.min.js?ver=5.4.8.3:103(or
    60 or 104),so I think it’s problem for plugins of revslider ,pls see the

    I have looked everywhere. This is only a plugin issue because it does not work on any theme.
    We have never seen this issue, as well as the plugin author.
    I have found one record on the RS plugin comments page:

    He noticed this 22 days ago so maybe this is something new and nobody yet managed to see it.

    I would suggest you write an email to : [email protected]
    Let them know what is happening, send them screenshots, the link I have pasted above and a link to this topic.

    We will include the newest version of Slider Revolution 6 tommorrow so please first wait and update the plugin. Maybe this issue was only in this version of the plugin.

    1. For setup and integration issues, please contact the theme author directly. If you want to update the plugin, you will have to wait for the theme author to include the latest version in their theme. With the latest plugin .zip file you can then do a manual update.

    2. If you need direct support from us as well as automatic updates in the backend, you can purchase a plugin license from us here [Links visible only for registered users]’ll receive the benefits listed here [Links visible only for registered users]

    Hey,
    they must be joking with an asnwer like that. Did you mention about the plugin not working on any theme? Also, did you mention that one of their users also had this problem?? They only want users to buy the plugin, regardless that the bundled one is the same plugin.

    We cannot do anything about that, the only thing we can think of is the hosting. It is a very isolated issue and even updating the plugin to the newest version will not help.
    Our hands are tied. We would suggest you change the hosting or if you do not want to use BeTheme, we can offer a refund.
