After update to 21.3.3 don't see de bold text in BackOffice

edited August 2019 in Updates & Changelog
Since the update to version 21.3.3 in the gutenberg editor, the texts marked in bold are not visible. It seems that everything is a normal paragraph (although in the front office it looks good).
I enclose screenshots of what a bold text appears on a site without updating to the latest version of betheme and another one updated (and not only happens on one site). In many clients of mine it happens.
Thank you.

    Hola Pablo,
el problema está en el Back. En el front se ve perfectamente al marcar como b o strong, pero en el back no se distingue (adjunté capturas de pantalla con una frase de ejemplo con el editor Gutemberg sin actualizar y una vez actualizado).
    Gracias.
Igualmente, un ejemplo es [Links visible only for registered users] (en esta página se distinguen perfectamente las negritas pero en el back se vé todo plano)
  • Hello,
I do not understand that language, we only talk in English here.
Also,on this link I can see, that some of the text is bold.
    Thanks
  • I write it to you in English:
    Hi, Pablo,
The problem is in the Back. In the front it looks perfectly when marking as b or strong, but in the back it is not distinguished (I attached screenshots with an example sentence with the Gutemberg editor without updating and once updated).
Likewise, an example is [Links visible only for registered users] (in this page the bold letters are perfectly distinguished but in the back everything looks flat)
    Thanks
  • I tested it and I do not see that issue.
Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
    Thanks
  • Hi, Pablo,
I tried what you told me and it still didn't work.
I have updated my browser (Chrome to the latest version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64 bits) and neither).
I tried Firefox and it seems that it works. It seems to be a problem of the Chrome browser itself.
Have you been able to try this problem to see if there are any incompatibilities with the new versions?
    Thank you.
  • Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason.
