Content disapear when I go to mobile

I create a new website for my company novo.rocktrade.com.br and worked beautifully, but when I go to duplicate content and adapt to mobile, somethings start to disapear and deconfigure all my page.

This happen in others cirtunstances as well, and my solution was rebuild the hole page.

But now it´s a big page. I´m already have to rebuild some parts of the page, but I seek a definitive solution to trust betheme again.

Hello,

You mean the content is disappearing from the Muffin Builder or it's just not visible on the page?

As Can I see, almost all of the sections are having the "hide-mobile" class, which means, that you disabled them on mobile in the section settings.

Hi,

They are disappearing from muffim builder and on the page. This happen when I duplicate the section to adapt the content to the mobile version.

I duplicate, change the settings to " hide-mobile" in one and "hide-desktop" in the other, I save the page and in the bottom section some blocks disappear or sometimes the intire section go away.

Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the "PHP_Max_Input_Vars" to min. 5000

This is recommended value for Betheme - after that, you should be able to add sections successfully.
