Background color not showing up in mobile after WPBakery plugin is upgraded to the latest version

Hello,

I have an issue with the WPBakery Page Builder: Background color for sections are not showing up on mobile or when you shrink the desktop browser screen size to <768px, after WPBakery plugin was upgraded to the latest version.

I contacted the WPBakery support and here is their reply:

"The
issue is because the older visual composer (now WPBakery Page Builder) is
modified by the theme author by customizing the existing elements and adding
the new one's. Now when you update it, the customization made by the theme
author is lost which causes the issue. You can check it with the theme author
if there is any way to preserve the customization done by him with the latest
version, so that such an issue can be avoided at your end."

Hello,

the links that you have sent are exactly the same - I mean the website. Could you provide a working link to the image so I know which background you exactly mean?

They look the same on wide screen. If you shrink the screen size to <768px, you will see that one site is working (with blue background on the first content section under the banner), and the other (staging) site not working (no blue background).

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the browser's cache and check, if the issue still exists.

Also, if it won't help you, please disable for us all of the minify/optimize plugins, we have to check the source code.

Thanks I tried disabling all the plugins, and it seems that the Autoptimize plugin is causing this issue. Do you have any ideas how can I fix it?

All that we can suggest is disabling the Autooptimize plugin because it's not supported by the BeTheme.

Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code.
