How to Retrieve files for site that were done with be theme.

Hi

I had my site built 5-6 years ago by a company. I dont have a contact with them anymore.

When I needed to do update, I purchased BeTheme license. Web designer who works on it now asks for files that were created when website was initially built, in order to update the site. They suggested to contact you to see if there there a way to retrieve files for my site so they can update Be Theme that I got . Any suggestion? What information you need form me? Thank you

Hello,

Well, if you do not have any access to your website, then it will not be possible to retrieve files.

You can only deregister the license key and use it on other domain and build the website from scratch.

I do have access to my site via word press admin or through back door as well as thorough C panel on my Go daddy account.

If you want to retrieve files, please make a backup, we strongly suggest to use this plugin:
