Theme Activation Error- Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com

While registering the theme on my domain, I am getting this error:
"Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com"
""cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.muffingroup.com port 443: Connection refused"

    I have contacted hosting provider and they have replied me this:
    "Sorry, Any third party IP is not allowed, Kindly contact theme support and check with them if any port is required for you to register with that code. 
    For server security we do not allow any third party IP"

    Please help asap.

    443 port is for SSL - https connection - its default one - its enabled at our side

    We do not block any IP addresses, this problem is related to the hosting provider.
    Our hands are tied in that case :(

  • We do not require any specific port, just accessibility to api.muffingroup.com domain :)

    Hello, I have contacted hosting provider. They said that- 'By default Curl & port 443 is enabled on this server. You should check this at your theme provider only'.

    Please help me out with this. Also, let me know if you need WordPress Login or cpanel details to check the issue.

  • We are really sorry, but we are not able to do anything in this case.
    BeTheme and our API server does not block any port and we do not refuse any connections, so the source of the problem is surely on the hosting provider side.

    All what we can suggest, is to change the hosting provider if he is not able to help you.
    We had some of the customers complains about blocking connection, and it was always solved by the hosting provider or by changing them.

  • Oh. We have recently renewed our hosting with them. Also we are using them for very long time. We won't be able to change them. 

    Please refund the amount we paid for the theme since we are not able to use it at all. You can cancel the license after refunding the amount.

    Hi, I have asked my hosting provider to check one more time. Theme is activated now. But I can't import any demo. It is showing the same error.  cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.muffingroup.com port 443: Connection refused

    You can see that this issue is about connection refused, you should ask your hosting provider about some firewalls, they could be the source of the problem.

    Did you try to import the demo with only required plugins enabled? This issue appear from time to time because of some third-party plugins.

    Did you set the SSL certificate using some plugin or through your hosting settings?
    Even when I want to connect into https://www.festivefeel.com, then chrome after a lot of loading time (about more than minute), it refuses me that your website is not safe, and your server configuration is wrong.
    I know that the problem could be bypassed by going to HTTP domain, but it should be configurated for SSL (HTTPS) to make everything works fine.

    Also, pinging your domain gets 100% packet loss :(
