Editor no longer has colors and change visual editor

Since version 26.3.1 the code editor no longer has colors and, as far as I remember, before the update it did have colors so that everything could be clearly distinguished.

Or am I getting confused?

Also, the visual editor now appears instead of the code.

How can it be changed by default?

Hi,

Please, open the settings of the builder, and change the Column text editor to Code.
