Forum.muffingroup discussion page getting caught in google seo

I have asked a few questions on this forum with links to the site I was working on.
it's now coming up 6th or so in google rankings. People who are looking for the company are finding the muffin support page here when I had a small issue with mobile alignment. How do you edit your old forum comments to remove links or delete the entire discussion?
