  • Hello,

Did you test it while all of the plugins are disabled? Do not forget about clearing the cache.

Also, let me understand, that checkbox is visible for all of the new created users and only admin can see it?

    thanks

  • Hi Support,

I have done the steps above, however, the issue still persists.

Both the admin and new created user are supposed to see the same features. In my case, only the admin is able to see the checkbox, and the other users are unable to see it.

    Thanks.

  • The problem is surely related to wrong "Screen Options" configuration and it is not a theme issue at all, but WP.

Please, go to the Appearance -> Menus and from the Top of page you have to toggle the menu and check the option included there which is responsible about that checkbox.

    thanks

  • Hi Support,

The checkbox cannot show the checkmark "✓" when I click on the checkbox, but I see your side can see the checkmark. Any idea why it is showing differently and how can we fix this?

You can have a look at the recording : [Links visible only for registered users]

    Thanks

  • Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason.

  • Well, this is not a theme issue because it occurs even when the theme is switch to twenty twenty.

It looks like the problem is related to the wordpress itself, I tried to reinstall it but there is a problem with your hosting, it's just disabled by them.

Can you contact them and ask about reinstalling wordpress without touching a database?

    thanks

  • Hi Support,

Thanks for your time! I will contact the hosting and see what is the workaround ya.

Thanks a lot and have a nice day.
