Problem after updating the new Bethme version

Good afternoon, I have a problem with the new BeBuilder where, after updating to the new version of Betheme, my client's website broke every part of the responsive part and I also cannot insert any image, as it reports an error on the server. I am in contact with my host, but I would like to know if this problem is due to a bug in this update and also if this latest update is already compatible with the new Wordpress update, as I am still maintaining 6.1.

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    Hello, today I spent more than four hours talking to the support of my hosting service, and we identified that the problem was caused by their server, in a temp file, some type of file that stores temporary caches or temporary files, something like that . However, the problem appears to have been resolved and it is back to normal.
