Website mobile problem

hello there

I hope that you are fine

 

 we have got a problem after updating the site

 

in the product details and gallery window (which have been done by the bebuilder), we can see full pictures and details on computer screen mode but we can't see the same information on mobile and tablet screen mode (please find the example in the attachment)

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    Sorry, but I could not answer you because you wrote beyond my working time.

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

    If this will not help, please keep minifying plugins off because I want to check your website without it.

    I cleared the cache

    Switched to main theme

    but the problem persists

    In many places, like sections or wraps, you had a custom height set, which was unnecessary and broke the layout.

    I have corrected it for that product:

    If you have this problem with other products, please go through sections, wraps, and elements advanced tabs, and check if you did not place a custom height there.
