Error while setting up the demo website
i get this error as soon as the setup wizard is downloading "packade download" :
"Localhost Says: An error occurred while processing, please check XHR in the JS console for more informations."
How do i fix this error?

Which demo did you try to import?
Did you check the browser console and XHR?

hi, ive got the latest version, i tried to import the "jeweler 2"
You need to expand this message, and go to the response tab.
When you open it, send a screenshot showing it.

I notice the problem shows up only when importing Slider Revolution with demo content.
If you turn off the Slider Revolution import, it will work.
By the way it needs to be solved.

I have the same issue, in the image attached you can see the response tab. All reponses are identical and they do not seem to be a error

If yes, I can see that demo on this website is imported correctly, and only the Home page was not assigned in the WP settings.

I have assigned a home page, and it seems to be correct.

No actualy the slider on other pages is giving error code on the page. events page has no content. so unfortunatly the website is not imported correctly

Please check it out.
You have caching plugins in the Drop-in tab, which might be the root cause. I suggest disabling/removing it until you finish working on your website to prevent other unexpected behaviors.

I removed the cache plugin. but i am still getting the same error when importing the demo website
Please contact your server administrator and ask to check the server logs. If there are any errors regarding the server, she/he should handle this problem.
Anyway, the Restaurant 2 demo is now fully installed.

I'm getting this error when trying to import the following pre built website: Book 2.
"Please check XHR in the JS console for more information."
When I asked the hosting company to examine the log files they say it's a problem with the theme.

I have the same problem and i cannot see errors on my server logs

Did you check if the pre-built website was imported despite that?
Go to Pages to see if pages from imported demo are there.
If they are visible there, ensure that you have a static page assigned as the home page in Settings -> Reading.
