DeRegister Issue

in Theme support

I have a WordPress theme that is currently registered under a different account. I would like to deregister the existing license and activate the new license I purchased. However, I’m unable to register the new license because the old one is still associated with the previous WordPress site owner’s account.

    Are you deregistering it through Betheme -> Dashboard?

    Is there any error message when you click the deregister button?

    Can you send me a screenshot from your dashboard, please? I need to see your registration panel.

    Please see the screenshot below. Every time I click Deregister, nothing happens

    You cannot deregister your license because you have currently installed a pirated version of Betheme (I can see that from the screenshot, as the first two parts of the license key should be visible). It should look like this:

    In this situation, you must download a fresh Betheme package from ThemeForest, replace the currently installed one, and you will be able to register your license then.
