Hi,

I'm using BeTheme with BeBuilder, WooCommerce, and WPML. I have a questions:

Problem: Theme options not applying for secondary languages

My site looks correct in the default language (Polish), but when I switch to English (or any other language), the theme settings are completely missing — the logo is replaced by the default BeTheme placeholder, and none of my Theme Options (colors, header layout, footer, etc.) are applied. Is there a recommended way to sync or copy Theme Options across WPML languages, or do I need to configure them manually for each language?

    Hi,

    Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

    Sorry, I actually forgot to add the screenshots and the URL.

    The issue was partly caused by missing translations in the template. However, I have now translated the footer and I still cannot see it. Screenshots are attached.

    Is there anything else I should do besides translating it?

    Please edit the translated Footer template and save it, saving the conditions. Then this template will be assigned to the appropriate language.
