Can not update muffin builder 3 using envato toolkit

hi,

when i'm trying to update betheme to version 10, i'm constantly having this problem:

"Warning: function_exists() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/trdiyetlif/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 1770"

Hi,

Envato Toolkit plugin does not work anymore because Envato changed their api. More details about that you can read on [Links visible only for registered users]

We recommend to update theme via FTP because it's the safest way.

Do I have to backup my site before updating via FTP, because I'm concerned about updating theme may harm my content on the site. And also could you please provide me a link or instruction how to safely backup my whole website?

We always do updates just in case we we recommend to do the same on customer's sites. All details about theme update you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/13/how-update-to-the-new-version-of-be-theme but like we wrote, we recommend to update theme files via FTP only.
