  • Sorry guys but we found that WooCommerce recently changed one thing and did not informed wp developers about that before. This would be fixed with today's update.

    Thanks for understanding!

    Muffin i love you!
  • do use anyone varible products?

  • good to know that fixed my issue
  • Hi muuffingroup the last version of betheme its compatible with woocommerce 2.5.3?
  • Hi @muffungroup The price of variations dont save in my betheme.
    Im
delete all files: wordpress, and betheme and woocommerce and FTP
re-upload a clear and newer versions, and the variations dont work
    correctly.
  • @d6gn Where exactly prices does not save? Do you have any error message?
  • Hi,

I just can't seem to get my shop page to have all the products (22) shown. The standard customization plugin of Woocommerce and the Woocommerce ProductsPerPage plugin doesn't do the trick. :-(

The case is that someone else (the former developer of the website) has added some custom CSS codes into the Theme and I'm not sure if this interferes with the Woocommerce settings. Or if some settings in the Betheme Shop section interferes with it.
At the moment the shop page uses a shortcode to show the products [product_category category="onderdelen"] but it keeps showing 12 products instead of 22.

I also tried the visual composer with the 'Woo productcategory element'. But then the page stays entirely emty!

I use Be theme version 12.1 with Woocommerce and Wordpress latest version.

As I didn't build the shop myself, I'm now almost at the point to entirely start over and build the shop  from scratch. Because nothing what I do seems to get the job done: show all existing 22 products on 1 page.

    It seems so simple....
Can you give me some advice?

    kind regards,
    Nanda

  • @NandaV Did you checked Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section where field responsible for number of products per page is?
  • Problem has been solved!
  • I am getting this one file issue Your theme (Betheme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files and this is the file betheme/woocommerce/content-product.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.6.1 how do I fix this?
  • I have the latest Wordpress (4.5.2) with the latest woocommerce (2.6.1) and with the latest version of the theme at the time of writing this post.
I also got the message saying:  Your theme (Betheme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.
I completely erased everything (the whole database and wp as well) from the server.
It's not working on a completely new install. I still got the message.
For example: In the "Menu" options of wordpress, I can't add woocommerce product categories to menus as I could do it before.
Can you help me with this one?
  • @cperez90008 BeTheme is compatible with latest WooCommerce version. So what you need to do is update theme files properly. So for that you need to remove current theme files and upload the newest one via FTP of course.

Anyway, today new version of WooCommerce arrived. So please guys give us time to take a look on it. We are not robots and we can not react in few minutes after new version of plugin arrives. So please be more patient.

    Thanks for understanding!
  • Ok thanks, I didn't know if it's today's update. I will wait.
  • Hello Guys.

Any news about an update for the last version of Woocommerce. Could use some ;)

    Keep the good work!
  • @Zataweb Theme is compatible with latest 2.6 WooCommerce version of course. It was comptible the 1st day when new version arrived.
  • My fault, but now i know how to fix outdated templates ;)

    Thank you for your answer.

    Hello!
After updating saytbar topics on the store pages moved to the right side. Up to this point I was on the left side. How to return saytbar store on the left side?
  • @plastelinka Sidebar position can be set under the Page Options section for SHOP page.
  • My woocommerce is working but only certain things. Some of the part of the products are not working like variations and quantities are not active to edit or choose from. I changed the theme's files and the woocommerce files but still not working.
  • @CubanNerd Please switch to default WP theme and check if it does not work as well when default theme is active.
