We do not offer such customization. If you will read Item Support Policy, you will understand that theme files customization are not included. If you don't know how to do it, you should contact with your website developer.

If you want to change background color for this image, just do it. You can set background color for COLUMN items. In accordance to 2nd question, please show us on screenshot what image you mean.

Ohh, ok. We were checking your site and there was no inner pages. As we see, subheader works fine and just title does not appear. Please turn off all your extra plugins and then check because we think that one of your plugins is the culprit.

Yes, now the logo works great. However, to reduce padding bottom for subheader, you can use below css:#Subheader { padding-bottom: 40px !important; }
