You must click on "Theme details" when you hover on item and then in right bottom corner you got "Delete" button. This is possible for items which are not activate obviously.

Yes, we think. If this does not work, then please switch to default theme and check. If this happen on default theme as well, it means that something must be wrong with revolution slider.

Hi, If theme was installed properly and everything is fine then it's ok and you don't need to do anything. However if something is wrong, then you can remove theme via FTP from themes/ folder or under Appearance > Themes section.

If "Hide the content" is the reason then this unfortunately can not be changed because this option is very important and a lot of people use it. If it works when button is off then leave it off.
